I agree the program was excellent and filled a niche in the market for individuals and small business below Sage Accounting. I would willingly have paid a monthly or annual subscription to be able to use it and was most surprised that it was available for nothing.

I have managed to get my MS Office Accounting 2009 working, but only in Express mode. I did this by taking the files ILoader.dll and Loader.dll files from my wife's computer, on which I had preloaded MS Accounting 2009 and is using the same OS system, and copied them into my computer after first changing the extension on the same two files in my computer to old (a safety precaution). These files are in folder Programs(x86)/Microsoft Small Business/Office Accounting/Small Business Loader but to get to it you may need to change the settings of Windows Explorer so you can see hidden files.
